At the end of the Hulling line, past the electronics, is the Sorting Table.  This is where the final hand inspection occurs before the nuts are delivered to the dryer.  At this point, the vast majority of debris and not-ready nuts have been removed from the line, one last look by hand sorters and these nuts are clean and ready to dry!
