WALNUT PROCESSING EQUIPMENT

Every component of every job we do is completely designed using Jacks decades of experience and then drawn in AutoCAD by our draftsman, to ensure the exacting specifications of each piece are met prior to the shop beginning construction on your project.

Once the project has been designed in the computer, it is built entirely and fitted together in our shop to prove it fits and works before it is installed at your site.

The Flotation Tank is a key piece of our specialized and custom designed equipment.  It uses water and a series of conveyors to continue the separation of debris from your valuable ....

The Huller is that portion of the line which physically removes any attached hull or husk from the shell of the nut.

There is typically more that one Aspirator on a full Huller line.  They are strategically placed to remove debris and lesser quality nuts from the line at certain points.

Debris in with your product slows down your processing and affects your bottom line.  Our Destickers are industry leaders in removing sticks, loose hulls and other large debris from your product.

Moving your product from station to station in the processing process is extremely important and needs to be done in an efficient and smooth manner to keep things moving at the appropriate pace.  We can build elevators and conveyors to move your product in the best way possible

The Pit is the first stop for your product in the process of going thru the huller from the field.  Our designs reflect what your needs and facility can accommodate.  Custom designed for each situation, we can build pits of many sizes and configurations.
